Entry: To enter, register for Gearbox Software Community Day at gbxcommunityday.eventbrite.com before Wednesday, September 12, 2012. Accurate and complete registration information is a requirement for participation.

Sponsor: Sweepstakes are sponsored by Gearbox Software, L.L.C. (“Gearbox”), located at 101 East Park Blvd., Ste. 1200, Plano, Texas, 75074. Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.

Prizes: One (1) Ultimate Access ticket to Gearbox Software Community Day valued at $999.00. Travel is not included. Gearbox reserves the right to substitute prizes of different value without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

Time Frame: Sweepstakes end on Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at 12:01AM. Winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during the timeframe stated in the applicable posting.

Methodology: Winner will be randomly selected and notified on Wednesday, September 12, 2012.

General Release: By entering Sweepstakes, entrants agree to: (i) release, waive, discharge, hold harmless Gearbox from any liabilities, damages, claims, losses, liens, causes of action, judgments, costs or expenses whatsoever (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs), whether direct or indirect, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that may arise from participation in Sweepstakes, against Gearbox or any of its employees, successors, assigns, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, and any others acting on Gearbox’s behalf; and agree that (ii) Texas jurisdiction and law will exclusively govern any dispute; and agree that (iii) Gearbox shall not be liable for lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, or late entries or prizes, any conditions that may cause Sweepstakes to be disrupted, and any losses or damages of any kind resulting directly or indirectly from Sweepstakes participation or acceptance and use of any prize(s) awarded. Winners may be required to complete and submit documents including affidavits of eligibility, publicity releases, and/or appropriate tax forms. Gearbox reserves the right to amend Sweepstakes Rules or terminate Sweepstakes for any reason and at any time, without notice.
