Texas-based 3D scanning and capture company to bring new internal development capabilities to upcoming Gearbox titles

FRISCO, Texas – January 4, 2023 – The Gearbox Entertainment Company today announced the acquisition of Captured Dimensions, a Texas-based technology company specializing in 3D capture, scanning, and reconstruction services.

A ten-year veteran of the film and video game industry, Captured Dimensions has worked on some of the most recognizable movies from the likes of 20th Century FOX, Lionsgate, Sony Pictures, Netflix and several titles from both 2K Games and Electronic Arts. Jordan Williams will continue as its head and report directly to Randy Pitchford, president and founder of Gearbox Entertainment.
